The first authentic Hofbruhaus in America is here. Guests are now able to enjoy many of the traditions from Germany that have made Hofbruhaus famous. From the traditionally decorated rooms in the building to the beer that is brewed on-site, and of course the excellent German fare, Hofbruhaus Newport is a memorable experience for all.

Fun and friendly is the atmosphere in the Bier Hall, with live music and about 350 soon to be close friends. There is also a quiet dining room for those who want to simply come and enjoy the delicious Bavarian fare. Many dishes are prepared with ingredients specially made locally for the Hofbruhaus or imported from abroad. The Bier Garden, with freshly planted trees and shade awnings, will seat an impressive 400 guests. The view is of Newports waterfront with the Cincinnati skyline as its backdrop.

The heritage of Hofbruhaus is the beer. Over 500 years ago the first Hofbruhaus beer was crafted. Newport has a Brew Master from Germany supervising the production of four varieties plus Seasonal Specialties of the authentic Hofbruhaus beer. For those of us accustomed to American brews, Munich has developed a recipe for Hofbrau Light. A gift store is stocked with gifts, clothing, and novelties from Munich to commemorate the experience.

Went there last night. Had a great time. I'm happy whenever I'm getting liter's of beer. The tilapia po' boy was good and the pretzel ham sandwich was really good too. It was blowed up for a Wednesday night. There was music and the beer was flowing. Good times in the beer hall

This is one of my favorite places in the world to drink beer. They always have about 6 fresh selections available. Their Oktoberfest and Premium Lager are fantastic - I've actually enjoyed every beer I've ever purchased there. The beer is pricey, but worth it. One time a waitress (who weighed no more than 120lbs) carried 8 one liter steins to our table WITHOUT A TRAY. She had four of these monster steins gripped in each hand - it was the most impressive piece of waitressing that I have ever paid witness to. Go there - you'll never forget it.

This place rocks! They make their own beer in house. They have an awesome band. People dance on tables while the band plays. If you dont want to look like an out-of-towner, make sure to order their house brew by the liter and get up on your table when the band plays. They do serve alcohol as well. The only downfall is the beer is $9 a liter.
